A Senior Support Analyst is needed to join the technology team of this leading Investment Bank, based in Mumbai. You will provide effective support for global applications, both in-house and vendor-supplied including upgrades and enhancements to existing trading and market connectivity systems.

The ideal candidate will have:

Team leadership and staff management experience
Experience in both front and back office financial services technology including order management / trading systems, back office platforms, etc.
Asian Exchange experience (NSE & BSE)
Experience in IT Operational support and ITIL
Fidessa & Multi-Market access experience would be desirable
Ability to providing constructive feedback, resolving conflicts and managing change
Strong appreciation of key business drivers and an understanding of the IT impact upon the business
