Experienced Openlink Endur Support Analyst needed to operate at levels 1&2 for an expanding team in London.
 
The Endur Support Analyst will have strong knowledge of the application in order to trouble shoot complex technical issues and work closely and assist traders in front office. You will need to be able to read AVS language and an element of scripting will be required.

As well as trade support you will also be working on the EOD reports/batches for the trading teams in Singapore for their close of business and if you have knowledge of APM (Active Position Management) this will be highly desirable.

You will be part of a team that is looking to set up Support Center's for offices in London and the US and the successful support analyst is needed immediately to assist in these plans.
