My client requires a Fidessa Support Analyst to assist with the day-to-day support for both in-house and vendor-supplied Equity trading applications including Fidessa across North America.

You will be responsible for the operational support strategy and processes in North America covering incident, change and problem management, capacity management and monitoring, escalating to local business and global IT management when required.

Candidates will have a background in supporting cash equities trading, experience with Fidessa and experience with IT Service Management tools such as Remedy, ITRS, Control M, etc.
