A need for a Business Analyst with Calypso experience from either a Credit Derivatives or Fixed Income Back Office perspective. Additionally if you possess any of the Nordic languages skills this would be extremely beneficial.
 
Duties to Include:

  • Define and utilise a range of tools and techniques in order to facilitate the requirements gathering and specification process on projects
  • Specify problem definition and define scope and objectives in relation to the business
  • Interview business and technical users to identify requirements and current processes
  • Use business knowledge to identify improvements to current process and to accurately capture and document requirements
  • Communicate effectively to a technical, business, operations and support audiences
  • Actively coach and train others in business knowledge, soft skills and analysis techniques
  • Supply market intelligence to vendor offering where possible
  • Use appropriate skills to assess, estimate and measure costs and benefits to the business, considering tangible and intangible factors when considering a problem


To be successful in this role you will ideally have the following skills and experience:

  • Experience with Calypso - in particular Credit Derivatives
  • Experience working within an investment banking or comparable environment
  • Good understanding of front, middle, back office functions
  • Understanding of the trade lifecycle process
  • Expertise in working in a Business Analysis capacity in large-scale system implementations, including integration work
