| You will be charged for owning the delivery of IT Services for a private sector outsourcing contract. As the overall lead for day-to-day management of operations, you will also be responsible for ensuring that Application Maintenance Services are provided in accordance to contractual obligations. |

Responsibilities include:
• Ensure the feasibility and delivery of the solution
• Manage the delivery of agreed scope of service at agreed price
• Manage supply and demand, service quality, change orders, and recovery plans
• Address performance issues, communicate operational issues and continuous improvement ideas
• Ensure execution of work
• Responsible for direct people management of Service Delivery employees
• Formalize delivery plans
• Achieve defined SLA commitments and other financial/operational metrics for domain area
• Escalate performance issues
• Manage Supplier/Vendor/Sub-contractor performance
